So it’s been a couple of weeks since I have been to WW, due to all sorts of different things going on. But last night I jumped back on the horse and headed to my meeting – and I’m down another 1.4lb!

So far so good…I’ve had my good weeks and my bad (it’s funny how much cheese you can eat when you’re abstaining due to a gluten-free diet and then you get a break) but i know what i’ve done wrong when the scale goes up :)
