No news is good news, right?
I guess that’s the way it goes, but geez! Waiting is definitely as much fun as they lead you to believe.
We are now waiting on the house appraisal to be done. Due to the type of loan we are going with and the lender we are going through we have to have two of these bad boys done. Fingers crossed that it happens before the end of next week as some of us need to put in 30 days notice on current abodes.
Even the Giz is tired of waiting..
