Lamby Legs!

Sir Digby Chicken Caesar is quite the connoisseur. This little man knows good food and great treats when he sees them, so when Mr Chewy reached out to see if we would be interested in taste testing some treats from Canidae there were two paws in the air.

Canidae Tidnips are definitely the kind of treats we like in our house – These treats, along with the rest of Canidae’s line are actually manufactured in a human grade facility by people who love animals as much as I do. We decided to try the Lamb & Rice (LAMB-LISCIOUS-yum!) flavour…because honestly, who doesn’t like lamb? We try to keep Digby on a low grain diet as it helps tremendously with his coat, skin and (butt) smells ;-) these treats are ideal because they contain no corn or wheat and are chock full of the good stuff like Real lamb, Vitamin E and Omega-3 Fatty Acids.

The other great thing about these treats is that they are nice and soft, so you can easily break them apart into smaller pieces. Be warned though…these really do smell delicious and are highly sought after by other four legged animals. I caught one of our cats trying to smuggle the bag of treats to an unknown location. They are now shut away in a higher cabinet far from the reach of naughty felines.

What did Sir Digby think?

According to Digby, Tidnips are a definite winner in our house – thank you Mr Chewy:-)

While Sir Digby was not paid for this review, he was provided with a free bag of Lamb & Rice treats to enjoy. All thoughts and typing are my own – also pardon the photos, it’s not easy to take pictures of a snorty, happy, excited pup!

I LICK Mr Chewy!

Like most ridiculous pet owners, we consider our animals to be a major part of our family. That means that they are thoroughly spoiled (how many toy mice does one cat need? I shall not answer that) and with regards to their health and diet…we go out of our way to make sure they are eating the best food for them.

So…with that being said, I was recently contacted by Mr Chewy who asked if I would be willing place an order with them and in turn review their site and my experiences. A new online pet food store? Sign me UP!

To begin with Mr Chewy is COMPLETELY user friendly. The website is incredibly easy to navigate, there’s free shipping on all orders over $49 and Mr Chewy even donates to charities when you introduce him to your friends. Whats not to love? Oh. You want more? A free set of steak knives perhaps? Let’s see then…Mr Chewy carries over 70 brands of dog and cat food…and they’re some of the good ones too – like Taste of the Wild (a family favourite), Orijen and even Eagle Pack for the kitties! Not to mention that you can order prescription diets with Mr Chewy and he will even ship you flea and tick treatment if you so desire.

But I haven’t even mentioned the most awesome part yet…the part that made me REALLY giddy. I ordered my goodies on Tuesday afternoon and everything arrived at my home on Wednesday! Mr Chewy’s free shipping is not just plain old vanilla ground shipping…it’s Cherry Garcia 1-2 day shipping with a little extra whipped cream on top!

Soo…just in case you were wondering, we love Mr Chewy. Sir Digby is part of his fan club and has decided that he DEFINITELY needs an I lick Mr Chewy t-shirt.

Look! He’s totes cute and you know he’d rock it!

But that’s not even the best part – check it…if you place an order and use my referral code – MAC9694, you’ll get an extra 10% off your first order and in turn Mr Chewy himself will donate $10 to one of three amazing charities! It’s win, win and possibly win-win.
