I find that going for a walk in the morning helps me with a lot of things. Gizmo’s energy level(!!), my anxiety and also just to be able to get my thoughts in order before a day at the office.
This morning we had a really pleasant walk. Miss M wasn’t able to make it (my fault…she was waiting for me to come and wake her up and i thought she was sleeping in 
) so the Giz and i went by ourselves. Up past our landlords house to drop off the rent check and then a long loop around the house. Kind of lazy, but mostly fun. Today we only ran into three major threats…but as you can see from the photo, he was on high alert the entire time.
This town is safe in his paws.
I have suddenly found myself surrounded by some of the most interesting and diverse people. Its such a fabulous feeling to be able to listen to all these different points of view and to be asked to weigh in on conversations. Even just the creativity side of things is fantastic. One of my close friends called me yesterday to talk about a project he wants to get off the fround and it was just so inspiring to hear him talk about it all and to feel a little bit of the excitment and passion that he has for this project.
2009 is going to be such a year. I think it has so much potential and i just can’t wait to see what happens.
