We had the home inspection today and by all accounts it went well! There were a few minor things that need to be fixed (electrical outlets in the Kitchen, the skylights need to be reflashed, sump pump to be replaced, etc.) but nothing too crazy and nothing that our realtor felt that the owners wouldn’t repair.
So…one more hurdle has been covered and we are still in the running to win the race 
I took a ton more photos with my camera today, i just need to grab my cables tomorrow and I can upload them for the viewing pleasure…
