One of my favourite things about DC is the museums. I love the fact that you can go to any of the Smithsonians and they are all free entrance. But my absolute fav. has always been the zoo. Even back home my favourite place is the zoo. When i was doing my independant research assignment on the Western Bower Bird I got to spend a lot of time at the zoo watching the Bower Birds they had on display there – they had the most beautiful pair of Satin Bower Birds.
I booked my tickets home last night, now i have to start thinking about all the things I want to try and do when im at home. Other than catching up with family and friends. I mean I would be more than happy to just spend time with my parents…i try to soak up as much as i can, while i can because it’s so far between visits. I do want to get back to Didgeridoo Breath as well and try my hand at bringing another Didge home. But we’ll see….
So it’s Friday and i’m cooking dinner again tonight for wee-b…mainly because i am a nice person. But don’t let that get out, i wouldn’t want to ruin my reputation, it’s shaky enough as it is 
Then…i have heard a rumour that someone might be taking me to the zoo this weekend…maybe i’ll pack up the Giz and take him home to live with the rest of the flying monkeys.
