I figure it’s well past time for me to make an updated to-do list of small projects that I would like to accomplish around the house. We’re still busy saving for some of the bigger plans (new sectional sofa, carpet tiles for the den and laminate flooring for the master bedroom) but i have supplies here for some little bits and pieces.
1. Just get it done already – My faux Roman Shade for our currently nakey Kitchen window.

I mean, seriously? I have the fabric…I have the lining…I even have the wood board. I just need to get off my butt and sew this bad boy up.
2. Organize the damn pantry.

I love, love, love the look of these…and now that we have been working on going completely Gluten-free, we have a ton of new baking supplies that need a little extra oomph in the ‘look-good’ category. I need to make a list of jar sizes and pick some up next time I am near the Crate and Barrel outlet. But in the meantime I want to work on these labels in PS and create some for the bizarre flours we have (Sorghum anyone?)
3. Sand and refinish the bedside tables

I’m still trying to decide on a final color…But i think we might go with black. That way we can go silly with the accessories
4. Put together our photo wall in the Dining Room

I have some frames that I picked up in all different shapes and sizes, along with serval different items that I want to toss at the wall. I really need to get on this and pull everything together as that is one big white boring wall right now.
5. Create a terrarium

I have been wanting to do this for aaaaages. Now that I have one (1) of my side tables in the Living Room completed, I have a home for a Terrarium to sit on!
6. Re-make fishy coasters…

Sad face. Lets just say that my cutie coasters suffered a nuclear meltdown when I sat them all on top of each other to add weight to help the felt bottoms dry. I’m sure you can see where this sad story ends…I managed to create a coaster sandwich. Not so crafty
….so, what to tackle first?
