At my meeting last week, one of the other members shared a story about her charm bracelet. It was her gift and goal marker to herself. For every small step she made towards her end goal, she added another charm to her bracelet.
I thought that was a brilliant idea and I have my first charm ready to go….just need a charm bracelet and a good result tomorrow night
