My weekend in a nutshell

So…a few months back i came across the blog of Greg Ham, an awesome illustrator with a knack of capturing the smallest details in a fun format.

But all his other (incredible) artwork aside…one of his images REALLY caught my eye.

BT Bee! © Greg HamSo i reached out to Greg to see if there was any chance that he would let me ‘borrow’ the image for an idea i had. Being the awesome gentleman that he is (and a fellow BT lover), he not only granted me permission, but he sent me a copy of the image along with a little sketch of Giz and some get well wishes. Which must be working, because at the moment Gizmo is kicking cancers ASS!

But back to the story at hand. I went to talk to a guy about a dog. And this is what happened..

  Thanks! Most of our weekends are pretty laid back…this weekend has been in the works for a while though. I mean…the weekend before you would have caught me on the couch with popcorn and season 1 of Carnivale Some weekends are just meant for the lazy!
